Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has the responsibility to plan the Company policy. Members of the Board of Directors are the following:
Mr Charalambos Papantoniou
Chairman and Managing Director.
Mr Charalambos Papantoniou studied Economics at Pantion University of Athens. At the same time he was attending the private Sarazota College where he studied Business Administration.
In 1987 he undertook the position of General Manager at Papantoniou Supermarket at Chlorakas. Since 1997, when Papantoniou Supermarkets started operations in Paphos town, the Company's Board of Directors appointed him as Managing Director.
Mr Charalambos Papantoniou has attended seminars on Effective Time Management, Goal Setting, Staff Motivation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Merchandising and ISO 9001 / 9002 Certification.
Mr Antonis Papantoniou
Director.
Mr Antonis Papantoniou studied Economics at Queens College, USA. He is the Chlorakas store manager since 1987, while he has undertaken the management of Paphos store since 1997 along with his brother Costas.
Mr Antonis Papantoniou has attended seminars on Human Resources and ISO 9001 / 9002 Certification.
Mr Costas Papantoniou
Director.
Mr Costas Papantoniou, after fulfilling his military service, undertook the management of Paphos store. He has attended seminars on Administration, Strategy and Leadership and ISO 9001 / 9002 Certification.
Mr Theodoros Aristodemou
Director.
Mr Theodoros Aristodemou graduated the Economic School of Athens. He is the owner and Managing Director of Aristo Developers Limited, Artha Developers Limited and Artha Estates Limited.
He has been member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Telecommunications Authority and Cyprus Airways.
Today he is member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus as well as Vice President of Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
