Ingredients (for 4 pοrtions):

  • Sainsbury’s coconut milk 400ml

  • Sainsbury’s korma curry paste 200g

  • 40g Sainsbury's brown sugar

  • 4 chicken fillets, in cubes

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2 tbsps olive oil

  • Salt Pepper

To serve:

  • Basmati rice

  • Roasted almonds (optional)

  • Chopped fresh coriander (optional)

Chicken

Method:

  • In a wok or non-stick frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the chicken. When golden, add the garlic, ginger and curry paste and continue frying for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the coconut milk, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with basmati rice, and optionally garnish with roasted almonds and fresh coriander!
