Ingredients (for 4 pοrtions):

Sainsbury’s coconut milk 400ml

Sainsbury’s korma curry paste 200g

40g Sainsbury's brown sugar

4 chicken fillets, in cubes

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tsp grated ginger

2 tbsps olive oil
-
Salt Pepper
To serve:

Basmati rice
-
Roasted almonds (optional)

Chopped fresh coriander (optional)
Method:
- In a wok or non-stick frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the chicken. When golden, add the garlic, ginger and curry paste and continue frying for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the coconut milk, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with basmati rice, and optionally garnish with roasted almonds and fresh coriander!
