  • ½ kg salmon fillet
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • Salt and Pepper



  • In a saucepan, simmer the orange juice for 10 minutes until thickened, remove from heat and let it cool. Add the vinegar and ginger.
  • Then, on a baking tray with greaseproof paper place the fillets, salt and pepper and pour half the orange sauce.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes and pour the remaining sauce.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes and serve, on a green salad, which you could pour a little sauce from the food and optionally, a little olive oil!
