- ½ kg salmon fillet
- 200 ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- Salt and Pepper
- In a saucepan, simmer the orange juice for 10 minutes until thickened, remove from heat and let it cool. Add the vinegar and ginger.
- Then, on a baking tray with greaseproof paper place the fillets, salt and pepper and pour half the orange sauce.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes and pour the remaining sauce.
- Bake for another 10 minutes and serve, on a green salad, which you could pour a little sauce from the food and optionally, a little olive oil!
